The format follows the nature of the work. Each engagement begins by clarifying what is changing, who the work serves and which mode is most useful.
Confidential one-to-one work for executives navigating transition, complexity, difficult decisions and broader responsibility.
Coaching connected to real role challenges and organizational outcomes, with clear contracting and protected session confidentiality.
Perspective for CEOs, CHROs and people leaders where people decisions meet strategy, cost, capability and execution.
A point of view
People questions are rarely only people questions.
A leadership problem may also be a role-design problem. A performance problem may also be a system, incentive or capability problem.
Coaching brings depth to the individual conversation. Organizational experience keeps the wider field visible.
Client perspective
Two public recommendations from coaching clients, included here as evidence of the experience—not as a promise that every engagement will be the same.
View the original recommendations on LinkedInWhat I particularly valued in Mehdi’s coaching approach was his ability to create a thoughtful and supportive space for reflection. Rather than simply offering advice or ready-made solutions, he helped me explore my challenges from different perspectives, identify the underlying issues, and gain greater clarity about what I truly wanted to address.
