My executive HR leadership and my coaching work with leaders are different parts of my professional practice. I keep them clearly separate.

WHERE THE CONVERSATION MAY BEGIN
These are practice themes, not identifiable client case studies or promises of outcomes.
REAL CONVERSATIONS
Coaching is not about giving ready-made answers. It offers time to pause, notice assumptions, and choose responsibly. The illustration is symbolic, not a photograph of a client session.
CLIENT PERSPECTIVES
Rather than simply offering advice or ready-made solutions, he helped me explore my challenges from different perspectives, identify the underlying issues, and gain greater clarity about what I truly wanted to address.
He creates the space for leaders to challenge their assumptions, gain greater clarity, and approach complex decisions with a more strategic and objective perspective.
PERSON × ROLE × ORGANIZATION
As you scroll, each layer moves forward. This is a visual metaphor for the coaching conversation, not a diagnostic tool.
All three layers influence one leadership decision.
Before an answer, we can explore a leader’s values, assumptions and genuine choices.
“What have I not yet clarified for myself?”
With changing responsibility come new boundaries of authority, accountability and conversation.
“What conversation have I been avoiding?”
Structure, culture and relationships influence decisions. Noticing them is not an excuse to abandon personal responsibility.
“What part of this is outside my control?”

A DISCOVERY CONVERSATION
On the live site, booking will connect to the official calendar. Here you can only preview the flow; no appointment is made and no personal details are collected.
A 30-minute introductory conversation with no commitment to a coaching package.
We discuss context, expectations, and whether working together is a good fit.
If it makes sense to continue, we agree on a clear proposal for scope and format.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
A discovery conversation does not obligate you to begin a coaching program.
Yes. In organizational engagements, goals and ways to review progress are agreed, but the content of individual coaching conversations is not reported to the sponsor.
Discovery helps clarify the situation and intended outcomes. If the issue calls for expert recommendations rather than coaching, advisory work may be a better fit. Any change in role requires explicit agreement.
If it makes sense to continue, we agree on the focus, session format, responsibilities and fees in a clear proposal. Booking a discovery conversation does not commit you to a coaching package.
ONE PRACTICAL FIRST STEP
We can begin with a discovery conversation and explore whether coaching would be an appropriate way forward.
