Experience before intelligence
Human experience, practice and judgment are the starting point. AI helps organize and extend them; it does not become their substitute.
Approach
This is an evidence-first knowledge practice for preserving the context behind professional insight before AI helps extend it.
Why it exists
Professional experience contains observations, distinctions and judgment that are easy to lose. Notes remain scattered. Sessions become memories. Research is read but not connected to practice.
At the same time, AI can produce polished language faster than it can establish whether the underlying idea is grounded, original or useful.
The practice keeps the evidence, context and provenance attached to the idea.
Operating logic
Each step earns the next one. A framework is not created because it sounds good. It emerges when evidence and repeated patterns support a structure worth reusing.
Practice, professional experience, research, reflection and source material.
What the evidence helps us understand, with its context and limits preserved.
Recurring observations that are useful enough to test across situations.
Simple structures that clarify a decision, distinction or course of action.
Articles, field notes, questions, tools and learning resources that can be reused.
Three operating principles
Human experience, practice and judgment are the starting point. AI helps organize and extend them; it does not become their substitute.
An idea becomes more useful when we know where it came from, when it applies, where it may not apply and which evidence supports it.
A claim should point back to practice, research, a named source or a clearly labelled reflection. If the origin is unclear, the asset stays in draft.
The ethical boundary
Coaching material is never published as a client story unless there is explicit, informed consent. Identifying detail is not a source of authority.
Public field notes use aggregated patterns, professional reflection and careful boundaries—not a disguised transcript of someone else's experience.
What the system can produce
A grounded point of view developed from experience and made useful to a wider audience.
An anonymized recurring pattern, clearly separated from a client story.
A precise boundary between roles or concepts that are often blurred.
A reusable structure supported by enough evidence and logic to earn a name.
Prompts that improve diagnosis, reflection or decision quality.
A traceable synthesis of authoritative material and its implications for practice.
